Our company is doing case management for a client. We are looking for a long-term placement in a neuro-behavioral residential program for a 63-year-old man who had a stroke and needs 24 hour supervision.
Private funding is available.
Also, our client needs access to treatment for a cancer diagnosis, including the administration of oral chemotherapy medication.
We will consider any geographic location where there is an appropriate program. We have a packet of records that can be faxed or emailed to facilities for admission review. Thank you in advance for your recommendations/information.
