I was just contacted by the attorney who failed to identify the need for both a LCP and a physician specializing in TBI. Once a physician is retained and performs the evaluation, they will either need a LCP of their own or a planner to critique the Plaintiff's plan. I'm sorry for the confusion but this case is very complicated with lots of records and moving parts. If you know of or work with a doctor well versed in TBI, please let me know. Once the evaluation is performed, the case will be turned over to a Life Care Planner. I/m sorry about the initial confusion. -Dan
I have a Defense firm in need of a Life Care Planner to rebut a plan submitted by the Defense. It is a complicated case with psychiatric overlay. The case was filed in West Virginia. Although the attorney hopes to find someone who is able to travel to West Virginia to examine that Plaintiff, she is willing to consider anyone qualified and available. The Discovery Deadline is in October. If you are able to offer any recommendations, please contact me at danbaielr@comcast.net or on my office number at (724) 863-0484. Thanks in advance!
