Two days left to complete the LCP Survey 2022! (not available after 7/27)
On behalf of the Survey Committee, I want to thank everyone for the wonderful response to the LCP Survey 2022. As of yesterday, 427 respondents have started the Survey! However, the finish rate is (only) 45%....so if you have started the survey, PLEASE finish! (There is a "pause and resume" function built into the Survey so, if you haven't closed out the tab, you should be able to resume where you left off)
We have had a couple of questions about CEUs.
At the beginning of the survey, we included a statement that your answers are confidential (there is no way we can track your responses back to you). This also means that we cannot go into a completed survey to verify completion or retrieve a CEU Certificate.
At the end of the survey, we specifically included instructions (in RED and BOLDED) so that respondents wouldn't miss the opportunity to get the CEU Certificate of Completion form. Here is what we wrote:

Because your personal information is not collected, this is the ONLY time you can download and/or print the Certificate of Completion that will open in a separate browser tab.
The CEU Certificate of Completion is what you send to ANLCP, CRCC, and/or ICHCC for continuing education credit (similar to what we receive at the end of IARP conferences). No other "notice" or emails are sent. If you downloaded the form, you are good to go! If not, is it possible that you didn't finish the survey (didn't get to the CEU Certificate instructions above)? If you haven't closed out your tab....please resume and finish. :>)
