    Hi all
If anyone is willing to share with me your experience using FAIRHealth data in federal cases (with an amendment), please email me privately at tanya@owenvocational.com. I am trying to better understand this process.

    Thanks,
    Tanya

I am also interested in this topic as I am not clear in regard to how this is to work.  Any feedback that can be provided through the listserv would be greatly appreciated.

It's on a case-by-case basis.  If you contact Allison Schnieders <aschnieders@fairhealth.org>, she can help you.

It is helpful if you can send her the complaint, or provide her with the case name and case number, or she can pull this information on her own.  If the case is approved for use of FairHealth, it is a matter of signing a simple amendment to your licensing agreement for that case.
