    Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who worked so hard to put out this new edition!

    Mine came yesterday and it was clearly a labor of love.  Thanks!

    Life care planning and case management across the life span, 5th edition.

    Tanya and Mary deserve the highest praise for their work on the 5th edition. At 1,000+ pages, it is a massive revision with the inclusion of "across the life span" content.  I also applaud the numerous extraordinary contributors who are willing to share their expertise.
