We Asked ...You've Spoken ...We Heard You .... and Now
The IARP Life Care Planners section is pleased to offer a free webinar on the difference between a Summit and a Conference/Symposium. When you attend educational conferences like the symposium and annual association conferences, you listen and learn from leaders. When you attend a Summit, the leaders listen and learn from you.
What does it mean to be involved in planning the structure of our profession? How are practice guidelines set? A Summit is the process through which guidelines are set by practitioners rather than dictated by a few "leaders". By bringing together professionals from all areas of life care planning, the Summit helps develop the structure by which we practice.
Whether you are new to the profession or are a veteran life care planner this webinar provides a way to further clarify the differences. And, you will have the opportunity to ask questions if further clarification is desired.
Join us on December 15 for what's sure to be a lively and informative program. It's free. It's important for your future to explore two of the major programs offered by the IARP Life Care Planners Section. We'll focus on clarifying differences between educational conferences and Summits.
