    Good afternoon,

I am the defense VE/LCP for a case involving a young plaintiff (teenager).  Trying to set up a clinical interview with opposing counsel.  They were informed that I have no problem with any of them sitting in on the actual clinical interview.  However, under no circumstances can they be in the room while administering vocational testing.

Do testing protocols discuss this, when dealing with a younger plaintiff?  I am at my wits end with these people and feel like we may just have to cancel it all together.

Plaintiff's attorneys are so paranoid, they told my referral source they are calling my office to "get more information about me."  What is wrong with people??

I appreciate your insight (and as quickly as possible!!)  :)
