As a point of clarification, based on a question received off list on how to use the fact sheet provided:
Page 1 information is for members use only. I would not make this page public.
Page 2 is for backup of your cost research and can be put into your file or used for copying at the time of deposition.
There was a question posed about the need to contact FAIR Health for every LCP. It is not necessary to advise FAIR Health of each life care plan for which you use their data, just if you run into trouble during deposition, on FH methodology or data sources. Should the source of the FH data be called into question, Fair Health wants to be able to defend their product, rather than having us attempt to do so. See the 3rd paragraph on page 1. "For example, if you are in a legal setting such as a court, arbitration or settlement hearing, and questions are raised about how FAIR Health collects, compiles or maintains the data, or about FAIR Health's methodologies to create the data products, you must let us know."
FAIR Health shared a user guide when I signed up. It was very helpful to look back on this guide for more advanced search tools.
Stay tuned for additional user tips, and bring your questions to the <g class="gr_ gr_1046 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="1046" data-gr-id="1046">round table</g> session and/or the exhibit hall during <g class="gr_ gr_1109 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="1109" data-gr-id="1109">conference</g> in Philly.
