This year our round table session will be a little like speed dating. This is an opportunity for a long term relationship with a new idea (or two!) Round Table Fast Track will offer organized, 15 minute conversations led by leaders in life care planning. You will be able to visit four of at least nine tables during the one hour session. Come visit with Cloie Johnson and Tony Choppa to discuss the impact ADA is having on Life Care Plans. Let Bob and Ondria Gisclair tell you how they market life care planning services. Nancy Favaloro will discuss how to determine the evaluee’s vocational potential. Learn new approaches to establishing a Medical Foundation with Reg Gibbs. For our latent writers, Dianne Simmons Grab will explain how to go about getting an article published. Gil Spruance will tell us how to follow the code to pricing that plan. Karen Preston will lead her table in responding to the obstacles that arise to our objectivity. Jeff Newbauer and Ann Mahina will offer suggestions in using Fairhealth resources for cost data. Last, but never least, Dr. May, a representative of the Nurse Certified Life Care Planners organization and Carl Wangman will highlight the benefits, similarities and differences among the professional designations: CLCP, NCLP and Fellow status. Round Table Fast Track will involve cocktails, as we definitely will be the last, (and best!) part of the life care planning pre-conference. See you then!
