  • 1.  Strategic Plan

    Good morning all,

    I have attached the 2016 IALCP Strategic Plan with assigned persons responsible for the goals.  As you know, this is a fluid document to be updated and modified to meet the needs of the section.

    In addition, I have attached a "working" document with some observations and suggestions highlighted to possibly start a discussion.  Just my thoughts, nothing more.  The working plan is prefaced with the main IARP Strategic Plan goals for your reference.

    Looking forward to many lively discussions.  Many thanks for everyones time and willingness to serve.

    Thank you for working over the weekend to make this happen. I can open the strategic plan just fine, but the "working" document will not open. Can you reattach that one when you have a chance.
