How many of my good friends use interest testing as part of your evaluation?   What are the better interest tests?

    Many thanks!

Interest testing is something that I use consistently, especially if the person is needing to change fields. Why? It has always been ingrained in me that when a person's interests, skills, and values closely match the rewards, demands, and values of the position there exists a greater possibility for success. In today's world where we are dealing with performance based placements, this is even more important. Poor matches within Public VR can decrease the possibility of missing that 90 day magic number for full reimbursement for services.

I use the COPS. Paired with the COPES and CAPS, I can give recommendations about placement options that are more likely to produce a successful outcome.
