Good morning, all--
I have not been paid for a deposition that was done in 12/2014. I had been billing the responsible party through the office of the attorney who retained me. Last month I sent an invoice directly to the responsible party, and requested payment in 30 days. It has not been received.
The case has not yet gone to trial. I want to collect the money due to me, but I don't want to take any action that could backfire on me in trial.
Any suggestions?
