    WA Access Fund is a fabulous organization providing financial resources for AT purchases to people with disabilities.  They give loans or matching funds to individuals' savings.  Last year John Hockenberry spoke at their annual awards dinner.  (What a treat that was!)  Now they're expanding to Oregon. Check it out.  Washington Access Fund
