Hi all....I have a client who is a MT work comp client but has relocated to Texas. He's treating in the Dallas area. Had a lumbar fracture - non-surgically treated. I need to schedule an Independent Medical Evaluation. Does anyone know of an orthopedist or PM&R doc who could do this?? Any help is very much appreciated!
