  • 1.  Home Care Support Survey - Link Correction

    A Saturday afternoon session at the ISLCP 2015 in Scottsdale will address home care issues in life care planning.     There is a problem with the survey....won't let me mark more than one professional organization and when I click on "next" to go to the next page, it erases everything

    I had the same problem, Dorothy. If you get past that page, though, everything else worked fine.  Not being able to include more than one professional association, however, could be an issue. I would have liked to include more than I was able to.
