Patty, keep in mind that since those Summit statements were created, some jurisdictions have case law that requires a different cost. I believe it is not so black and white now; we should re-look at our statements.

Might anyone point me to the specific places where I can find documentation that indicates LCPers should use market/retail pricing? I assume this is in Summit consensus statements, as I cannot locate anything specific in the Standards.
