Good morning!
The Life Care Planning Summit is back! (The Summit was deferred last year due to the important work being done on the LCP Standards of Practice.) You may have already received the announcement indicating the 2015 Summit will be held on September 18, 2015 as a pre-conference program at the International Symposium on Life Care Planning (ISLCP), being held in Scottsdale, AZ. I am attaching that announcement for your information. FYI, registration will be limited, so you may wish to register early if you want to be sure to be able to particpate.
Cloie Johnson is the Chair of the Summit, which will focus on best practices in life care planning.
At this time, we need to identify volunteers to assist with facilitation, recording and to act as guides throughout the day. If you are interested, please contact Cloie immediately.
