    Hello,

I recently relocated from Denver, Colorado to Lake Mary, Florida (just north of Orlando) and I'm looking for independent contract work or employment.  For the past 14 years I have worked as a Rehabilitation Consultant/Life Care Planner for Dr. James Gracey at the Colorado Institute for Injury Rehabilitation in Denver. I have experience with clients of all ages with complex and often multiple medical conditions including Brain Injury, Amputations, Spinal Cord Injury, Chronic Pain, Burns, Birth injuries such as Cerebral Palsy and Brachial Plexus, RSD/CRPS, Transplants, PTSD, Nephrogenic Systemic Fibrosis (NSF), Chondrolysis, Blindness, Deafness, and more!

I have independently completed Life Care Plans and Rehabilitation Evaluations for persons all over the country and have been responsible for all aspects of the LCP, including reviewing medical, legal and education records; interviewing the client, family, employer and other important parties; consulting with physicians/care providers regarding LCP and vocational recommendations; researching costs and other LCP related information, preparing the LCP report and charts, managing the case until it has settled, etc.

Should your firm be interested in a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant/Life Care Planner, please contact me directly to discuss how I may further assist your team. Resume and References available upon request.
