Good Afternoon Colleagues
I am working on a LCP involving chemotherapy and the recommendations include the current chemo, but also provides for alternative chemo therapies dependent on response to treatment. Does anyone have literature or a good source for estimating costs of chemotherapy, whether of specific treatment regimes or even as a generalization?
