Colleagues,
It seems like I have had a rush of elderly clients lately. I keep hearing from the providers that they must give me the Medicare allowable for the cost estimate. Does anyone else hear this response? I thought that the Medicare adjustments were taken out during the set-aside process. Please give me your thoughts.
