IARP CONNECT Code of Conduct

  • 1.  certificate renewal

    Hello
    Does anyone know what is the process to obtain the certificate once renewal has been submitted?
    I sent it on March 12, 2014 and to date have not received the certificate.

    It is my understanding they are contracted through a printing company for the certificates; therefore, once the CEU's have been verified the information is sent to the printing company.  I don't believe they are sent individually, but rather each month in groups.  You might just call to both verify they received it and a gentle reminder to let them know you have not yet received it.  As long as you have verified with them and your check is cleared, you are in no jeopardy of it lapsing, although that doesn't change the fact that it's frustrating!!  Sorry.
