Our third round table discussion at the 2013 ISLCP Welcome Reception on Friday, September 27, 2013, 6:00 - 7:30 pm, is on "Writing and Publishing for the JLCP? YES! You Can Do It!"
Do you have writer's block when it comes to professional writing? Would you like to add a peer-reviewed publication to your vita? Do you author great reports but are not sure how to apply your writing skills to develop a professional paper? If you answered YES to any of these questions or if you are interested in the process for getting a written article published in the JLCP, this roundtable is for you. The purpose of this roundtable is to de-mystify the process of writing an article and being published in the JLCP.
Topical issues include:
· Discuss and compare qualities that expert witnesses and published authors share.
· List the basic elements of scholarly non-fiction writing.
· Describe the steps involved in preparing a manuscript for publication.
Why not expand your capabilities and join the discussion? Experienced writers also welcome!
Looking forward to seeing everybody in Atlanta.
