The purpose of this roundtable is to discuss the experiences of having a Daubert Challenge to one of your evaluation reports. Whether you have already experienced a Daubert Challenge in your practice or not, this roundtable is one you do not want to miss. Topical issues include:
· Do you have Foundation for your Life Care Plan that you can defend and explain?
· Did you follow the Standards of Practice for Life Care Planners?
· Other tips and queries that you can and should be prepared for.
