Invitation to all Life Care Planners and Stakeholders
A survey is now open for providing comments and suggestions on the current 2nd edition of the Standards of Practice for Life Care Planners. This is your chance to have an impact on a document that guides all life care planners in their practice.

Please invite others, such as attorneys or trust officers, to also participate. We are interested in getting ideas and opinions from everyone who creates or uses life care plans. Forward this link to anyone you wish to invite.
The DEADLINE for participating is Saturday, September 7, 2013.
The survey will ask you some general demographic information, followed by spaces to make comments on various sections of the Standards. In addition, if you wish to make detailed, specific recommendations for changes, you will find a link at the end of survey where you will be transferred to an area where you can submit those recommendations.
