It was a pleasure to speak with you today. As discussed, we are in need of an expert witness who can perform a life care plan in regards to a Japanese citizen. This individual was injured in the United States and received some limited treatment here but returned to Japan shortly after the injury and will live there for the remainder of his life. We are in need of someone who can discuss his future medical needs and treatment. This expert would also need to discuss the Japanese healthcare system and what the individual's future out-of-pocket costs would be vs. the percentage paid for by the government for this care.
