    Hello:

    Paul Deutsch, Susan Riddick-Grisham and Christine Reid of the Foundation for Life Care Planning Research have written an open letter to Certified Life Care Planners regarding ICHCC. I am posting this letter to the IALCP Discussion Group on their behalf. A copy is attached.

    Good Morning,
    I reviewed the letter to the CLCPs, as well as reviewed the NOCA website (http://www.elderweb.com/organization/national-organization-competency-assurance), which touts itself as, as "the leader setting quality standards for credentialing organizations."  I understand NOCA's name was changed to the Institute for Credentialing Excellence in 2009 and that the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) is the accreditation body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE).  I thought we were already certified by the NCCA.  Regardless, please clarify.  Thank you.
