Good Morning,
I reviewed the letter to the CLCPs, as well as reviewed the NOCA website (
http://www.elderweb.com/organization/national-organization-competency-assurance), which touts itself as, as "the leader setting quality standards for credentialing organizations." I understand NOCA's name was changed to the Institute for Credentialing Excellence in 2009 and that the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) is the accreditation body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE). I thought we were already certified by the NCCA. Regardless, please clarify. Thank you.
