I am wondering if any of you can lend some suggestions as to how one goes about narrowing down a search for a new home/condo that is ACCESSIBLE.  I am researching new homes for a gentleman with paraplegia.  Trying to find specifics like roll-in showers, no stairs, one level, open concept, etc. is quite challenging.

Do you know if there are relators that specialize in finding such specific housing?  Or groups that assist persons in wheelchairs find accessible housing?

We already know the current house is NOT able to be modified.

I appreciate any and all expertise you can lend.  Thank you!!
