  • 1.  Residential Care Facility for individual with SMI

    Hi all, 
     I am just doing some preliminary research.  I am looking for contact information for Residential Care Facilities for a gentleman in his 40s with a serious mental illness.  His past living environment was very controlled.  His parents are elderly and other family members are unable to serve as a residence for him.  I am looking at transitioning him out, but am researching all options at the moment.  I would like to find Facility Care in the western United States.  I found many facilities in the East. Any leads would be helpful.
