  • 1.  End of Life Issues in LCP

    I am trying to find any literature about end-of-life issues considered in life care planning.  Seems like I've seen some discussion about it.  I have located end-of-life issues discussed in the general literature, but am looking to see if there's anything that's been specifically addressed in the life care planning field.  Am running into roadblocks, so would appreciate the head's up if I'm missing something.

    I too would also appreciate any assistance with Mary's request.  I just interviewed a young woman yesterday with little time left.  I would also be interested in research/literature regarding how this affects the family/children.

The summer 2010 issue of the AANLCP had the following articles: Life Care Planning and Case Management for the Elderly: Introduction to Geriatric Medicine and Geriatric Specialists life care planning, case management, elder, geriatrics, geriatrician. and Legal Issues in Elder Care I do not have the issue so cannot address if it would be of benefit to you.
