Hello
Is anyone aware of literature concerning the use of life care planning methodology to document current/ past value of medical services received? This would involve a review of medical records and necessary costing research to determine fair market value of goods/services received
that were never billed (services received through VA, etc).
Any references (if they exist) are appreciated.
