Hi everyone,
I am looking for a case manager for a young family with a child with brain injury/ischemic cerebral palsy. They reside in a small rural community just outside of Dubuque, Iowa. This would be for case management currently to address that specific therapies are received, etc. Furthermore, the family needs guidance in navigating the medical system. They see specialists at the U of Iowa.
