We will discuss some common challenges that employers face in managing time off programs, sick leave laws, state and federal leaves, disability, and lost time associated with a Workers’ Compensation injury. There will be a focus on the valuable insight that a VRC can bring to organizations to establish and manage programs to assist employees in staying at work or returning to work at the right time.
