Bio

I am a highly qualified expert in the areas of vocational rehabilitation, life care planning and evaluation of economic damages. I have been retained in thousands of cases and have given over 1,000 depositions and testified as an expert in more than 100 jury trials across the United States and Canada.

My areas of focus are in Earning Capacity Evaluation, Life Care Planning, Vocational Rehabilitation and Forensic Economics in cases involving personal injury, claims of medical negligence, products liability, labor and employment and domestic relations. I have specific expertise in cases involving toxic torts, including lead exposure.

I am a licensed professional counselor (AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners).

While my practice is focused in the 13 Western States, I am frequently retained in cases venued in the midwest and eastern United States, as well. I am also retained in cases involving citizens of other countries who may have sustained personal injury during visits to the United States.

I presently reside in Boulder, CO, but maintain a residence in AZ, where our corporate office is located. Our firm has offices in Arizona, Colorado and Wisconsin.
