Bill England has 43 years of experience in Private Sector Rehabilitation that began in the SW Los Angeles area, including the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach. He practiced for 10 years, including 6 years with his own firm in Huntington Beach California, prior to moving to Florida. His current practice, England & Associates, has been located for 23 years in St. Petersburg, Florida. Two additional Florida Offices are located in Tampa and Palmetto. His firm currently has 10 full-time, part-time and contract employees, including 4 Rehabilitation Counselors, Certified Life Care Planner and Administrative personnel. In the next 3 years the firm plans to develop Shareholders, Partners and Associates to manage the practice of private sector Rehabilitation and Forensic Services.
