After graduating from the Emporia State Masters program in 1973 i worked two years for the state voc rehab agency, then to a large physical medicine and rehab hospital for additional medical phys disability experience. I then did a short private rehab stint before commencing a long career with the Santa Fe Railroad as the Director of Employee Assistance and Vocational Rehabilitation Programs, later Disability Management from 1978-1999.
I've been in private practice since, primarily doing workers comp and personal injury. I've testified in courts in KS, MO, NE, ID, CA, TX, IL, MI, IA, IN, AR, CO, GA, KY, LA, MN, MT, PA, TN, WV and WI. My testimony has never been found not credible or disallowed by any court.
