Mike Mooney is a Board Certified Vocational Expert. He is a licensed counselor in the States of Illinois. He is a past President of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals-Illinois Chapter.
Mike has worked in the private sector of vocational rehabilitation since 1979 and started Return To Work, Inc. in 1982. He has consulted municipal, State, and Federal agencies on their disabled workers. He has routinely taken case assignments from petitioners and respondents on worker compensation cases.
Mr. Mooney’s 40 years of experience has included cases of Personal Injury, Worker Compensation, Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA), Social Security Disability Income appeals, Employment law/Discrimination, Divorce/marital dissolution, Transition Planning, and Long Term Disability. Many of his cases have involved complex musculoskeletal, psychological, post injury training, and job placement issues.
