Ms. Bailey offers 10 years of experience as a vocational rehabilitation consultant and vocational expert witness at CRC Services. In addition to being nationally certified rehabilitation counselor, Ms. Bailey is a nationally board certified vocational expert and licensed rehabilitation counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusettts. Ms. Bailey is requested by both plaintiff and defense bar to conduct vocational assessments and testify before the fact finder on matters to include employability and wage earning capacity in addition to vocational rehabilitation mitigation in workers' compensation, personal injury, employment law and divorce matters.
Ms. Bailey also provides professional vocational rehabilitation services to workers' compensation injured workers and disabled veterans under the Department of Veterans Affairs. She develops suitable vocational rehabilitation plans and assists the individuals with job placement services.
Ms. Bailey is dedicated to assisting our youth with making informed choices as they prepare from postsecondary education to adulthood. She conducts transition assessments of students on Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to identify the student's strengths, interests and needs as they relate to the world of work and independent living.
Ms. Bailey graduated from Springfield College with a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with a concentration in psychiatric and substance abuse.
