He practiced for 10 years, including 6 years with his own firm in Huntington Beach California, prior to moving to Florida. His current practice, England & Associates, has been located for 23 years in St. Petersburg, Florida. Two additional Florida Offices are located in Tampa and Palmetto. His firm currently has 10 full-time, part-time and contract employees, including 4 Rehabilitation Counselors, Certified Life Care Planner and Administrative personnel. In the next 3 years the firm plans to develop Shareholders, Partners and Associates to manage the practice of private sector Rehabilitation and Forensic Services.
