Over the previous 25+ years in the field of vocational rehabilitation I have had the opportunity to be employed with a variety of professional organizations while living in the Southwest and Southeast. My experiences with family counseling with the mentally challenged, participants in vocational rehabilitation training centers, sheltered workshop clientele, a job placement agency for the disabled and worker's compensation and long term disability clients has not only provided me with opportunities to assist others but also taught me more about myself. My career experiences have impacted my humility, empathy, sensitivity and other critical intangibles which I hope has resulted in acceptable levels of service to the individuals with whom I have worked.
