I am an experienced nonprofit professional with experience across an array of functional areas. I have a record of accomplishments in program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement. I have served in management at Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC) since February 2012. I originally joined QSAC as the agency's Director of Development. In that role, I helped to significantly grow the agency’s philanthropic support while also spearheading the launch of an array of programs and innovative partnerships with the private sector and government agencies. Before QSAC, I held various program and development roles at PowerMyLearning (previously Computers for Youth), Marist College, and the New York State Dental Foundation. I also served as an adjunct professor of political science at St. Francis College in Brooklyn.
I completed a Master's in rehabilitation counseling in February 2022. I aim to leverage my experience and academic training to provide person-centered vocational services and support for people with disabilities. I am passionate about promoting initiatives focused on creating workplaces that recognize the value of a neurodiverse workforce.
