I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with over 15 years of experience in human services, specializing in support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Currently, I serve as the Director of Career Development and Communications at Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC) and I am the founder and CEO of Lincoln Square Coaching.
Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My research explores dialogic organization development, psychological safety in the workplace, and the role of managers in fostering inclusive, learning-centered environments.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of direct service, policy, and systems transformation. My approach blends person-centered planning with organizational and workforce strategies that promote dignity, autonomy, and long-term success for people with disabilities.
I am passionate about supporting fellow professionals through evidence-based training, reflective dialogue, and practice-informed leadership. I seek to bring both field experience and research insight to my presentations and research, offering practical tools and renewed inspiration to advance the critical work of people working at all levels in human and social service organizations.
