I am a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), with my Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from California State University Sacramento, Sacramento, CA (1993). I have 23 years experience providing forensic/risk, expert witness and vocational counseling/consulting services in varied settings (Worker’s Compensation/State VR/Private/Disability Insurance). By providing coordinated services with medical providers, employers and insureds, I help insured's increase their opportunities for return to work and increased independent living.

I develop strong business partnerships and partner well across organizations and am a strong team contributor and mentor and have broad experience within the area of disablity management, including all products and services associated with disability management, including ADA, FMLA, STD, LTD, IDI, LTC, and WC.
