Bio

I have been working with Hankins & Hankins as a vocational consultant since January 2007. I primarily perform vocational evaluations, transferable skills analyses, labor market access analyses and lost earnings assessments of individuals involved in various kinds of employment-related litigation (e.g. Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Long-Term Disability, etc.). I also frequently provide litigation support in the form of vocational expert witness testimony for both the plaintiff and defense. As a part of my consulting practice, I am often contracted with insurance companies to develop vocational rehabilitation plans for long-term disability recipients to help them define vocational goals and return to work. Additionally, I have a contract with the Social Security Administration's Office of Disability Adjudicaiton and Review where I serve as a vocational expert in disability hearings and provide objective opinions regarding a claimant's residual employability.
