Michelle McBroom Weiss began her career in vocational rehabilitation in 1991. She has past experience working as a vocational consultant, supervisor, manager and statewide manager of vocational and medical case management for a national company. She has been in private practice since 2003. Michelle consults on workers’ compensation, liability, divorce, employment law, long term disability and Social Security cases. She has served in leadership roles to include: IARP Forensic Board from 2010-2014 (Chair 2011-2012) and 2011 Forensic Conference Chair. Michelle Served on the Social Security Vocational Expert Section Board and the IARP Board of Directors from 2016-2018 as the Social Security Section Representive to the IARP Board of Directors. She presently serves as Co-Chair of the IARP Mentoring Committee. Michelle is a Diplomat to the American Board of Vocational Experts.
