At the recent IARP Illinois Chapter Conference, the first annual
Illinois Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded to
Mr. Paul L. Scher,
CRC, LCPC, the organizer and first president of the National
Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector
NARPPS, now called IARP. All were grateful for his attendance and
commentary.
