Unemployment rate for disabled vs. non-disabled

I believe this is from the 2000 Current population survey of the Census:
According to the Survey of Income and Program Participation, disabled workers have a lower participation and employment rates than non-disabled workers. The Census Bureau indicates “In the prime employable years of 21 to 64, for example, 82% of people without a disability had a job or business compared to 77% of those with a non-severe disability, and 26% of those with a severe disability.”
