This presentation was a review of various used by Vocational Experts to estimate employment numbers at the DOT level. SkillTRAN's methodology was explained and demonstrated. Particular emphasis was made on the small group of 137 elusive Sedentary and Unskilled DOT occupations. Graphic charts show the dramatic decline in 13 of the most common industries appropriate for this group. All but 10 of these 137 occupations are found in the manufacturing sector.
