This article advocates women using Vocational Experts in divorce cases, only because of his affiliations. The author feels that Vocational Experts could do more than an earnings capacity study on the spouse, but also for the divorcee. Having a vocational evaluation for the purpose of vocational guidance is an important part for the long-term financial plan.
