I received a call from a potential referral source asking if I was still providing expert vocational opinion, as the last time they had heard from me was in 2017. I had been writing to them throughout, most recently October 2021. I am considering whether my emails are being auto filtered out. "Vocational" could present as a typo for "vacation" offer, "earning" capacity as an offer to "earn". Any suggestions please on what to use to be read?... that is, by a human.
