Hi, I believe this has been discussed in the past but could not locate it when I did a search. Apologize if this is a redundant topic.
It is not uncommon to learn that a report that I prepared for a workers compensation case has been given to the individual's third party attorney for use in a different court system without my knowledge or permission. Can anyone share how they handle and/or wording they add to a report or professional agreement that indicates the report cannot be shared without permission?
