Et al:
I've come across a report in which a case manager stated that temporary work restrictions would be re-assessed after 12-weeks to determine if the restrictions needed to be upgraded, removed, or modified. I can live with that. However, in the next sentence the case manager stated that upon the re-evaluation in was expected that the evaluee would be fit to return to pre-excellent level of work. I have never come across a pre-excellent level of work. Has anyone else? If so, could you enlighten me?
Signed,
Bumfuzzled up north,
[Thank you],
Phil
